McCain Orthopaedic Center endeavors to care for the needs of the whole person. That is, we desire to minister to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients in Columbia and Lexington, SC and beyond our region into the world.

VISION STATEMENT

We desire to be a community of health care providers with particular emphasis in orthopaedic surgery. We hope to attract 5 or 6 orthopaedic surgeons and midlevel providers, PA's  and AT's, who are Christ centered, capable, and compassionate with a special emphasis or subspecialty certification in the various areas within orthpaedic surgery.

We desire to minister in the central midlands region of South Carolina but also to the greater world by participation and encouragement in short term missions

We desire to maintain biblical priorities; first with God, then our spouse, followed by our children, the greater body of Christ, and our work

We desire to bring Glory to God in our duties, relationships, conduct and speech.

We agree to adhere to the Christian Physicians oath, the standards of ethics formulated by AAOS. WE support the covenental nature of the physician-patient relationship. We believe in church discipline and its similar application to the professional relationship particularly concerning moral behavior.

We endeavor to respect each individual and to encourage them to live lives of holiness according to the Word of God.
